And Chaitanya moved to the Delhi High Court to stop his name being used in content that claims he had cheated on his ex-wife. As per Chaitanya’s team, Justice Jyoti Singh heard the matter. Advocate Vaibhav Gaggar appeared for the actor and stated that many websites were using his name alongside explicit search terms to get traffic and circulate objectionable content. They even highlighted the usage of AI-generated and manipulated content, as well as defamatory material, talking about the actor’s personal life. He also highlighted that content portraying him and Samantha claimed that he had cheated on her and destroyed her career. The advocate called it trolling and not fair criticism. He argued:
“This is trolling, this is not fair criticism.”
