Mahesh recently sat down for an interview and called his granddaughter, Raha a ‘drop of divinity’. He revealed how the child has got a lot of joy in his family and reflected on his daughter, Alia’s sojourn from being atop actress to beautifully accepting motherhood.

Mahesh Bhatt sat down for an interview with the ETimes and could not stop describing her vitality and also sharp features. He shared that her vitality is fierce, her mind is sharp, like it is almost evolutionary. Mahesh Bhatt feels that his granddaughter, Raha gives him a sense of time. He shared that speaking to her in a day is like more than enough. In his words:
“You stand at a vantage point and watch the stream, your daughter, her child, and suddenly you see the continuity of life that has flowed for millennia and will continue long after you are gone. And yet, I know I am no different from any other grandfather. Each one, in that moment, rediscovers life. To simply speak to her… that is enough for a day.”
